As our business grows and the number of staff increase it becomes more and more important that systems are set up to train, develop and retain staff. We place great emphasis on staff development and feel it shows in the quality of our product. Being judged 2010 Australia’s best propagation nursery and the best training organisation at the NGIA national awards ceremony in Darwin for the 2nd year running has been one of the greatest achievements our company has reached. These awards have capped off an extremely impressive year for Mansfield’s Propagation Nursery and were a great reward for all staff to take enjoyment in; knowing their hard work and dedication has been recognised on such a large scale. To be recognised by our peers as the best in our industry is also extremely humbling and something we are very proud of. Mansfield’s continues to strive for improvement and believe strongly in of values of Loyalty, Excellence, Innovation, Openness, Inclusion, Learning and Enjoyment.
